Elaine will talk about how you can use hypnotherapy to do this and there will be a short group ‘Taster’ session following the talk for anyone who would like to experience what hypnotherapy treatment is like.
Helen Agarwal, will be doing two talks on healthy eating for the new year:
‘Sweet Treats – healthier alternatives to sugar’
Learn how to make super tasty sweet treats that aren’t full of sugar. And get to try some too!
Helen talks through ideas of how to detox this New Year and to feel healthier.
Elizabeth Crosland of Footprints Refexology and Massage Therapies wil be offering ‘Taster’ Reflexology and Seated Acupressure Massages (£10 for 15 minutes and must be booked in advance through reception).
She will talk about the services she offers and the new SCAR WORKS treatments now available.
