Liz-Pic-2

I have always had a passion and interest in Health and Wellbeing, and as a Complementary Therapist I am privileged to be able to help people get the most out of life and take control of their own well-being.

Having always led a very busy and active life, I know first hand how important it is to support the body and mind with good physical therapies and relaxation.

At The Bingley Physiotherapy Practice, their holistic approach to Physiotherapy fits well with my work where I offer Swedish and Deep Tissue massage alongside other complementary therapies.

In my sporting life

Outside of work, I love the outdoors and spend as much time as I can riding my horse, running for Keighley & Craven AC, cycling and walking. I also do regular weight training sessions and Pilates to help keep me conditioned for the sports I do. Given the chance I also love to ski, and have done a couple of triathlons, but my swimming has plenty of room for improvement!

I am proud to be a Dementia Champion and work within the local community to help raise awareness of the needs of people living with Dementia through the delivery of the Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends project.
