Understanding how the body and mind work has always been a strong interest of mine. I really enjoy being able to assess a clients’ complaint and help them understand and overcome it.
My experience so far allows me a broad understanding of the human body, I have worked in the rehab of stroke, orthopaedic, major trauma and general medical patient’s, as well as working with patient’s suffering from long standing chronic pain.
I aim to help clients understand their symptoms and how they came about, in order to work with them to develop a solution.
In My Sporting Life:
I enjoy keeping active in my time off, playing football, golf and skiing when I get a chance. I also make sure I get to the gym as often as I can to stay fit and manage some of my own aches and niggles.
Since graduating from Huddersfield University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, I have lived and worked in Liverpool for the NHS. I have also done the following courses in order to add extra strings to my bow:
- Mulligans Mobilisations With Movement Course: Level 1
